Orange Shirts will be available for purchase at the Avalon Mall, in-person only, on a first-come-first-served basis. A limited quantity of this year’s new design will be available, along with a variety of shirts from previous years. Unlike in previous years, there will be no virtual sales option. All proceeds will support the construction of First Light’s Residential Schools Survivors’ Memorial Garden.
In addition, visitors can browse and purchase arts and crafts by local Indigenous artists, learn more at a community justice information table, and access support to register to vote in the upcoming municipal and provincial elections.
