Event Details:

In this short course we will be reading and discussing Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics. This work was written over 2300 years ago in Ancient Greece, but still holds valuable lessons for how to live a good life. Topics include perennial concerns like happiness, virtue, justice, friendship, wisdom, and pleasure. The overarching question of this course (and this text) is: what is it to live well as a human being? No experience with philosophy is required - just a willingness to read the text and discuss issues in a respectful and open-minded way.

Age: 18+

Cost: $88.00
