Event Details:

From your back yard to the back woods, a wide variety of plants can be found that provide a nutritious supplement to your daily diet. Many parts of a plant can be edible: roots, greens, flowers, fruits, and seeds. For this spring workshop we’ll focus on learning about which shoots should end up on your dinner plate, and some general do's and don’ts of foraging. Whichever way you choose to enjoy them, knowing that you gathered your own food will make it taste that much better.
Weather appropriate attire is required as we will venture outside.
Presented by Todd Boland and Meghan McCarthy.
